Iceland leading the way

Divide and Conquer
The constitution is a large document standing at 17071 words and maybe to big to deal with all at once.
The constitution has been divided into separate documents as per the breakdown of the articles in the table of contents. Have a look and see if there is anything you would change (or keep).
